Centres quote "from" prices, nanny agencies leave out the levy, and nobody totals the month the same way. So we did it for you — every published package, the true all-in nanny cost, and the per-day maths, with dates on every figure.
Published 28-day packages start around S$15,888, and most mainstream options land between S$20,000 and S$30,000.
The luxury tier keeps going — into six figures at the very top. And the sticker is rarely the total: GST, service charge, partner meals and premium rooms sit outside most quotes, which is why every figure below carries its date and source.

| Centre / programme | Published price | Worth knowing |

| DeRAMA (Artyzen) | S$35,000–50,000 (14 days) | A 14-day programme — not a 28-day comparator; Korean-style, June 2026 allocation reported fully booked |
| Saint Bella Villa (Capella) | S$68,800–168,800 | The ceiling of the market |
Prices as published May–July 2026, mostly via each provider or the Sassy Mama roundup (updated May 2026) and CNA's reporting. "++" means service charge and GST are extra. One Farrer Hotel offers healthcare-oriented rooms from S$235++/night but publishes no comparable 28-day care package, so it isn't in the table.
The advertised fee is the start. Here's the whole stack — including the parts the comparison articles skip.
Plus groceries, herbs, and a place for her to sleep. Permit rules per MOM; fee ranges per the PEM 2026 market guide. Remember the trade: a nanny is one person — you're still the 3am backup on her day off.
Same 28 days, radically different totals — and the per-day column is where the decision usually gets made.
| Care model | 28-day total | Per day | Who's on at 3am |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meals only, delivered | S$1,650–2,150 | S$59–77 | You |
| Live-in nanny, all-in | S$3,300–5,500 | S$118–196 | One nanny (with days off) |
| JB confinement centre, mid-market | S$4,850–7,600 | S$173–271 | Staffed nursery |
| Singapore confinement centre | S$15,888–30,000 | S$567–1,071 | Staffed nursery |
JB figures use the RM16,000–25,000 mid-market band at RM3.3/S$1 — budget JB packages start lower still. The honest wrinkle in the JB option: a newborn can't cross the Causeway until their passport exists, so the paperwork timeline is part of the plan. Here's that trail, and here are the sixteen JB centres compared.
Medisave won't pay for any of this. It covers medical care, not confinement accommodation or nannies — and for a planned JB delivery it applies only through CPF's approved referral pathway. The full coverage picture is on the corridor guide.
