Manja Mama collects only the information needed to answer families, send requested resources, and understand whether this small service is useful.

What we collect

  • Email addresses submitted to a newsletter or resource form.
  • The name, email, due-date context, and message you place in a consultation request. That form opens your email app; the request is not stored by this website.
  • Basic website analytics, performance, browser errors, and privacy-configured session replays. Form inputs and network request headers or bodies are not recorded.

Analytics profiles

After you intentionally submit a newsletter or consultation form, the submitted email—and name when provided—is attached to the corresponding PostHog person profile. This lets us connect the request to the public-site journey that led to it and diagnose problems. Due dates, messages, eligibility answers, and other family details are not attached to that profile.

How we use and share information

We use this information to send requested resources, respond to enquiries, operate and improve the site, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioral advertising. Cloudflare hosts the site and subscriber storage; PostHog provides product analytics, browser diagnostics, and session replay; Google Analytics measures aggregate traffic; and Sentry reports operational errors.
