Why is the call paid?
Because an hour of our family's time is real, we prepare for every call, and candor is easier when nobody is selling. If your questions turn out to be answered by our free guides, we'll tell you that and suggest you save the money.
We're not pregnant yet. Too early?
Not at all — it's the ideal time. Citizenship eligibility, budgets, and timing are all easier to sort before there's a due date on the calendar. The plan you leave with keeps.
Do you work with Singaporean families?
Yes — the paperwork trail is different (JPN, then ICA, rather than a US embassy) but the hospitals and confinement stays are the same world. Start with our Singapore guides, and mention you're coming from Singapore when you write in.
What if we need to cancel?
Reschedule any time, no reason needed. Cancel up to 24 hours before the call for a full refund.
